Very Berry Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie

It’s summertime and I absolutely LOVE smoothies. I’ve been drinking this combo a whole bunch o’ berries.

Just look at that color. 😍

Smoothies are such an easy way to get nutrients, minerals and protein your body needs + they are super refreshing and hydrating.

Here’s the recipe:

Very Berry Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie

Makes 4 8oz servings or 2 16 oz servings

Vegan 🌱 and dairy free

Loaded with plant based protein – 18 grams per 8 oz serving

β€’ 2 cups Vanilla soy milk πŸ₯›

β€’ 2 bananas 🍌🍌

β€’ Large heaping overflowing spoonful peanut butter πŸ₯œ

β€’ 1.5 – 2 cups Sprouts 🌱 frozen triple berry blend (blackberry, blueberry and raspberry)

β€’ 2 servings Sprouts vegan protein powder – chocolate 🍫

β€’ 2 Tbsp chia seeds

β€’ 1/2 cup so delicious dairy free coconut milk yogurt – unsweetened πŸ₯₯

Put everything into a food processor or high speed blender (I used a 32 oz Ninja smoothie cup). Enjoy! πŸ˜‹πŸ₯€
