It’s summertime and I absolutely LOVE smoothies. I’ve been drinking this combo a whole bunch o’ berries.

Smoothies are such an easy way to get nutrients, minerals and protein your body needs + they are super refreshing and hydrating.
Here’s the recipe:
Very Berry Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie
Makes 4 8oz servings or 2 16 oz servings
Vegan π± and dairy free
Loaded with plant based protein – 18 grams per 8 oz serving
β’ 2 cups Vanilla soy milk π₯
β’ 2 bananas ππ
β’ Large heaping overflowing spoonful peanut butter π₯
β’ 1.5 – 2 cups Sprouts π± frozen triple berry blend (blackberry, blueberry and raspberry)
β’ 2 servings Sprouts vegan protein powder – chocolate π«
β’ 2 Tbsp chia seeds
β’ 1/2 cup so delicious dairy free coconut milk yogurt – unsweetened π₯₯
Put everything into a food processor or high speed blender (I used a 32 oz Ninja smoothie cup). Enjoy! ππ₯€
